Update the Grpc.AspNetCore, Grpc.Net.Client versions to a stable one

What's the issue?

• PR cartservice - .NET 6 #629 updates the .NET SDK to v6.
• With that change also comes the requirement to update the versions for Grpc.AspNetCore and Grpc.Net.Client
• The above requirements is due to this issue
• This issue has been addressed in the next Grpc client release which has a pre-release bundle.
• PR cartservice - .NET 6 #629 whilst updating the .NET SDK version, also updated the Grpc.AspNetCore and Grpc.Net.Client versions to the pre-release version that has the fix for grpc-issue#1410

What should we do

• Keep track of the stable release for grpc-dotnet v2.41.0 and update the versions for the libraries in the following two places:

  • Grpc.AspNetCore
  • Grpc.Net.Client

• The grpc-dotnet library seems to promote a pre-release to a stable one every 1 month
