Excludes update

The major addition in this update is the ability to exclude files from sync. If your folder contains a singular binaries folder with gigabytes of files you do not want to touch, now you can!

Quickstart & Async

New features:

1. Quickstart - added a folder quickstart for quickly registering an external provider, when the Big Picture UI does not support it.
2. Async sync. UI thread is no longer blocked when sync is in process.
