Modify fah_Installer......exe for installing without admin rights

It is not possible to install the app in devices where we dont have admin priviligies. It would be cool to be ablo to install this, so that fah can be installed really everywhere and by everyone.

This is very unlikely to happen, please read the Terms of Use displayed in the installer or this page on Rules & Policies - https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/rules-policies/. Requiring admin rights helps enforce the "Run Folding@home only on computers that you own, or for which you have obtained the owner’s permission." statement that is first. The project nearly got labelled malware in the early days from people installing it on computers that were not theirs without permission such as at libraries, stores, and other public access locations.
