Proposal

Please could you tag code that you wish your end users to use - indicating what release code is stable. This will ensure that users will not use your development code by mistake. It will also help those who are using your code to create docker images with their own toolsets - git clone does not work nicely with docker, so being able to download a tarball of the specific code version against which an end-users code has been written will be very helpful.
