[Feature Request] Support returning

I think it will be great if returning can be supported in the Mongo foreign data wrapper.

However, we won't be tackling this soon as we are working on some other features in mongo_fdw.

But if you already have something in mind that can be converted into a patch for the same, please feel free to post a patch here, and we will review it further and try to commit the same.
