Configuration

Configuration is available via following environment variables

`PRONTO_PHPCS_EXECUTABLE`	Path to a PHP CodeSniffer executable	phpcs
`PRONTO_PHPCS_STANDARD`	Which standard to run. Name of a built in standard or a path to standard.	PSR2
