Jukebox has no recipe

Bug Report

Jukebox vanilla recipe is removed, and the item is staged to age 3, but it has no recipe assigned to it. I would fix this myself, but right now doesn't seem like a good time given the script refactor going on.

Expected Behaviour

Jukebox should have a recipe.

Possible Solution

I think the recipe should be:
WWW WQW WWW
Where W is ore:plankWood, and Q is minecraft:quartz.
The purpose of the diamond in the vanilla recipe is that it's hard and sharp, so it would work well as a needle for a record player, and nether quartz is only obtainable in age 3, so it would work well as a replacement given the jukebox is staged to age 3.
Note: The BWM Saw and Mekanism Precision Sawmill recipes will have to be changed to not allow a quartz to diamond conversion.
It should also probably have an alternate recipe where the wood can be wood siding from BWM instead, so it's still like chests and noteblocks.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Get to or past age 3.
2. Check for a recipe for the jukebox.
