Withering Soul -> Wither Skull Recipe doesn't work.

Issue / Bug

JEI shows a recipe for 3 withering Souls to make 3 wither skulls. It doesn't work in a crafting table.

Expected Behavior

Three wither skulls should appear on the right box, and be able to be taken out. I'm sure you know how a crafting table works.

Possible Solution

Make it craftable or remove the recipe from JEI.

I killed 3 withers to soulbind my tools, thought I'd kill a bonus since I got 3 souls.
