Power adapter braking

Issue / Bug

The power adapter can be instantly broken by hand and this way it gets deleted. I think I shift-left clicked. Idk if that helps.

Expected Behavior

I'm guessing the hardness of the block or something is off from what it should be. I'd say the intended behaviour is to not be instant-mine-able by hand.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place a power adapter
2. Break it by hand. It will take about just one fast mouse click.

Context

It isn't that bad of a bug as once you get to power adapters you won't really care about resources but it's kind of annoying that I have to craft it again.
