Mobile version - Actions added while creating propsal are broken #350

Description
Tried adding all actions, they all have same problem, do not fit in box very well.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to PROD env on your mobile browser
  2. Go to any available guild
  3. Click on any available discussion
  4. Click on Create proposal button
  5. Click on Add action

Expected behavior
Actions added should be fully visible and cards should be mobile responsive.
