Description
Voting bar does not show the exact result since it's not mobile responsive.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to PROD env via browser on your mobile.
  2. Go to any Proposal
  3. Go to Vote results section

Expected behavior
Percentage bar should be mobile responsive.
