Changed Points to Gold. Reflected on UI elements. Conversion still the same
Step counter is an asynchronous task, it works even if Healthy is closed. Step counter now resets per day (for demo purposes it resets every 1 minute).
Gold increases even if app is closed. Gold is not reset per day; it accumulates indefinitely and can be spent in shop.
Added Shop UI and Shop elements.
Added Caching of WebViews for offline Healthy usage.
Added Credits in Settings
