Minutes and Constitution

If you're interested in what happens at Grad Council meetings, you've come to the right place. Meeting minutes live in this Google Drive folder and can be viewed by anyone with a vt.edu email address.

The Grad Council abides by this constitution, approved by the acting graduate council on October 19, 2017.

GPSS Representatives

You can always access detailed information about the Graduate and Professional Student Senate(GPSS) Resolutions and the Senate Meetings and Minutes from their Website.

Before each GPSS meeting, you can leave your anonymous comments on the resolutions that will be read and voted on at that meeting. If you are For, or Against a resolution, please leave your comments on that resolution in the following Google Form so your representatives can effectively relay this to GPSS, and represent your concerns before the resolution is voted on.

You can also send an email to csgc-gpss@cs.vt.edu to contact the CS department's representitives.
