API access for live "status effects / buffs" on guardians

Sounds like folks would also like to know how long the buff will last - time if it's time duration, amount of XP earned for things like well rested buff that go away after earning so many levels/xp

I need this for a new feature I'm working on with DIM. I want to remind the user that they have consumables that they can use during activities like 3oC, various Boons, Buffs, etc., but I don't want to suggest things they already have active.
