I started work on an issue in minkphp/MinkZombieDriver that should add support for passing arbitrary options to zombiejs:
minkphp/MinkZombieDriver#154 (comment)

In order to support this in MinkZombieDriver, we'll also need a change to the MinkExtension.

I'll create a PR from what I have so far to get the ball rolling.
