Glart's update

Apparently the listing for Glart Smashrip was reversed on MV and ST since he was entered in.

It is now the correct MV5 ST4.

Spike#4 fix

Incorporeal changed to accurately say it lasts until your opponent's NEXT turn, instead of your opponent's LAST turn.

Removed some unneeded selection boxes in the inducements section.

Added (In)Famous coaching staff and a sub selection for Wizards. Max of 2 selections from (In)Famous Coaching Staff without errors as well as max of 1 Wizard allowed.

Moved extra inducements such as the Plague Doctor and Igor to a new selection called Extra Options.

Added rules text for the Extra Options and (In)Famous Coaching staff options as well as rules text for Grak & Crumbleberry's Kick Team-mate.

Added player profiles for the Frog, Kari Coldsteel and Josef Bugman.

Streamlined the Inducements to be in the Misc. section.
Corrected the error with the Halfling Chef.
Added Plague Doctor to Chaos Renegades (Page 33 Spike! #3 states it is available to both Renegades and Nurgle)
