Quick summary

On https://wordpress.com/purchases/subscriptions/ (from WordPress.com, Upgrades, Purchases), the Upgrade Now button goes to a not found page. The button link is: https://wordpress.com/partner-portal/issue-license?site_id=142391218.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start on any site on WordPress.com.
  2. Go to Upgrades > Purchases
  3. Click on the "Upgrade Now" button

What you expected to happen

I would expect to be taken to the /plans page where I can select a plan and upgrade.

What actually happened

I end up on a 404, not-found page.

Some (< 50%)
