Block Inserter not showing results for foreign character searches

1. Set your site language to a foreign language in Accounts -> Accounts Settings -> Interface settings -> Interface language.
2. Open any existing page or create a new page.
3. Click on "Toggle Block Inserter" on the top left corner of the page.
4. Type in/Paste in a block name in a foreign language.
5. Does not show any specific results. It shows the same results for all block searches.
