Login/registration not working

Summary of issue

New project created with composer require, then installed with asgard:install: can't login with admin user.
Checking in db the admin user exists, but the login page keep reloading without error/warning notifications.
Trying to create new user: same behaviour, but no new record is create on users table.

System Details

• Windows 10 Home 64bit
• PHP 7.1.16
• Laravel 5.5
• `AsgardCMS 3

I have just tried to download a fresh copy and I have the same problem, can't login and register. Looks like that the postLogin and postRegister are not reached
