Immediately after the demolition of the gallows and the construction of the fountain, the "execution of a person" button does not disappear and there is no way to hold a festival.

Environment:
Windows 11 Homemade for one language, 64-bit operating system, processor X64/ Google Chrome 110.0.5481.105 (official assembly), (64 bits)

Stand: prod

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the stand
2. Reach the level at which the building of the gallows will be available
3. Build a gallows
4. Reach the level at which the demolition of the gallows will be available
5. Draw a gallows
6. Build a fountain

Actual result:

The "execute man" button is displayed, although the gallows are removed and a fountain is built. There is no way to hold the festival by clicking on the spell of the fountain.

Expected Result:

Button "execute a person" must disappear
