Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Hello.
Thanks for reading my topic.
Not is possible assign an button to keyboard keys " ' " and " ~ ".

Expected Behavior

I use an keyboard layout PT-BR.
When trying assign " ' " or " ~ " is showed "NO KEY".

Have an nice week.

Program Version 3.4.0
Compiled from packaging: GitHub Release
Built Against SDL 2.0.10
Running With SDL 2.28.5
Using Qt 5.12.8
Using Event Handler: XTest
Compositor type: x11
Host OS: ubuntu Version: 20.04 Architecture: x86_64
