Cnchi isn't functioning behind a proxy server

Problem:

Cnchi does't use proxy even if it is updated

Hello!
I've been trying to install Antergos for the past 2 hrs. The main problem is Cnchi doesn't work behind a proxy server. I've updated my proxy settings in small popup that cnchi displays. And on the next step, which is system check, It shows as my pc isn't even conencted to the internet. Believe me I've read many questions and their solutions and I've tried everything in order to make this thing work. I've also tried changing the ip that cnchi uses to check the connection to google.com (Of course!, in reverse way which was highlighted in /usr/share/cnchi/src/misc/extra.py file) which didn't work either. I've attached log here.
