must reboot before trying again and forced to retry on network loss #1124

Describe the bug
Installation cancelled on network loss and retry requires a reboot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

start installation
either close cnchi or lose internet connection for a second
start installation again
error states that you must reboot

Expected behavior
Should allow you to try installing again.
Also, should not cancel installation on network issue.
