Part of the Parallell signing epic.

App developers should be able to implement an interface for the purpose of calculating the signees dynamically.

There are two solutions being discussed:

Implementation per sign task, using id prop in process.bpmn to correlate
Maximum one implementation of the interface, with logic for all cases
