Steps to reproduce:

1. Install AdGuard Browser Extension within Brave Browser on Fedora 40
2. Popup appears to install AdGuard for Windows

Expected Behavior

No popup appearing to install AdGuard for Windows on a Linux OS.

Actual Behavior

Popup appears to install AdGuard for Windows on Fedora.

Step 2: Let's block even more ads!
AdGuard for Windows blocks more ads compared to regular ad blocking extensions as it is not limited by browser capabilities.
