feat(sync): moved logic in sync-test scripts into rust, enabling sync with a single command

Goals

• Run a full sync as simple as: cargo run --bin aw-sync -- sync or simply aw-sync sync.
• Make it possible to run as a daemon, which regularly syncs on its own (started by aw-qt)

The daemon part isn't done, but not planning to work on this in the immediate future, so merging for now since it's pretty good.
