Error 203 while vector validate

Hello vector team ,
i m currently working on a POC to replace filebeat/logstash with multiple vector agents linked to an aggregator one.
i 've set successfully the agent on linux instances, now i m trying to implement on a windows instance but i have this error E203 on transform section.
I don't understand why it is not validated like on linux ,
Would you please let me know ?

here is my transform section :
