Description of your changes

  • add more python tests
  • update the new folder structure in test
  • add ci pipeline

Fixes #

I have:

  • Read and followed Upbound's contribution process.
  • Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.
  • Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR, as appropriate.

this gets added by the new kcl-cli
i wonder if we simple add kcl.mod.lock to ignore ?
