Reproduction Steps

1. Click on create button, the dropdown menu should appear.
2. Select as notebook.
3. Give the appropriate to the notebook.

Expected Result

If you hover on the “Test Notebook” menu, properties of the notebook should be visible on the right side of column.

Actual Result

If you hover on the “Test Notebook” menu, properties of the notebook is not changed on the right side of column.
