Show post type in connection metabox when multiple post types connect to one other post type

I created a magazine website that uses a custom post type for editions/issues. Editors can create both posts and advertorials (custom post type) and connect these to issues. When I'm editing the issue I see all the connected posts and advertorials but there is no way to see the post type. This is important for ordering the connected posts and advertorials (drag and drop).
