Problem

You currently have to let the entire test suite complete before seeing failed tests and their output. That is unfortunate for larger tests suites when you see an early failure and would rather fix it before running everything else. E.g.

At this time, this would be a feature request for libtest.

However, this is a great example of the scalability problem of libtest owning the UI. My proposal is we stabilize the json output and move test reporting to cargo test so we can own a lot of these UI features.
