UUID primary keys cause inconsistent behaviour #23

Description
When I use UUIDs as my primary keys, some lookups fail with a message like "undefined method for `'" on the collection. The error is thrown by isomorphic base in schedule_fetch after calling ReactiveRecord::Base.load_from_json.
