Request to review/merge Django Channels stubs package

Hi core team 👋,

I’m following up on the Django Channels stubs package submitted in PR #13939, which has been open for some time now. I previously opened Issue #14020 to discuss the PR and have since addressed all feedback and updated the package accordingly. Currently, there are no outstanding comments, and the implementation appears to be stable.

I’d appreciate it if someone from the core team could take a look and consider reviewing or merging it. If there’s anything else I can do to help move it forward, feel free to let me know.
