Rename (some) titles, and restructure Gemian page

Document booting into Astro safe mode I'd tried this combo unsuccessfully when trying to resolve my Zygisk stuck boot issue, and along with seeing [this message on Discord](https://discord.com/channels/798562411421499392/984151635301367818/1072283045182328892), incorrectly concluded there probably wasn't a way to get to it

Add page: Astro Slide boot modes I thought this would be useful to document, especially given the differences from the Gemini and Cosmo. It could be worth combining this with the Gemian wiki's Bootloader page (I think here could be a better home); but I've just added a link for now. It'd be good to link back from there too.
