How to create a new model with migration?

Sorry if that is the wrong place to post a question.

I am trying to extend the crm_issue plugin, but couldn't figure out a way to create new models for link contact to issue. I am currently trying to write the model myself and the migration class file by hand. Is this the way the migration for account_issue been original generated? Otherwise how to use script/generate to do that?
