macOS/Windows support

Hi! I've always been interested in a spdlog-based progress bar for simple cli demos. This work looks great but the readme says it only supports Linux at the moment. Do you what what it would take to support macOS or Windows?

The support is mainly for ANSI, which is supported in MacOS too. Windows support is a bit harder, but ANSI is supported in Windows 10 and beyond, when enabled. I forked another fork and added my own experimental Windows support: https://github.com/McTwist/spdmon
