(list)Suggester and "create new" if search is empty

HI,

is there a way to have the option to add a "new file" if the suggester does not find a match?

in my example:
I am creating a CMS into Obsidian and one thing I often use is to add "referred by" links. sometimes these referral people dont exist yet in the database, but it would greatly enhance the workflow if i could just enter the name anyway if no other option shows up
