Submit gistpad to Open VSX Registry

Apologies if this has been asked before, but do you have any plans to add this to the Open VSX registry to be available on the open source code-server?

I love this extension by the way, thanks to everyone who is working on it.

Can we get an answer on this? I really need this in Windsurf as this is by far the best gist management solution out there.

I'm tempted to just publish it there as a fork myself, but I thought I'd check the discussions first

Since I don't personally use any forks of VS Code, I haven't published it to OpenVSX since I can't actually validate that the experience works correctly.

But if you want to publish it, and can help verify behavior, then that would be cool by me 👍
