Autostart VM when opening IDE

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Hi, I was looking into how the calls are proxied, and wondered if it could make sense to autostart DevPods when the SSH Proxy command is used, this way, I could just start up VSCode again in the SSH repo, without having to first start DevPod and "starting" the container there.

Which solution do you suggest?
Enable the false to be set as either an option from settings or true (unknown for me what other consequences that could have), to enable autostart.
