Avoid runs run on deleted branches

With automatic deletion of branches noticed that after merge of PR cm action got invoked and fails due to unavailable remote ref.

From https://github.com/org/repo
 * branch                main       -> FETCH_HEAD
fatal: couldn't find remote ref feature-branch/feature-branch

Is there are known way to avoid these runs?
