Upload CI-generated fuzz corpus coverage to codecov #3926
Description
In #3718 we started uploading the no-corpus fuzzing coverage to codecov. That's cool, but not all that useful. We really should be uploading the CI-generated fuzz corpus coverage, IMO. It would be nice if codecov let us upload it to a different view, but even still it does feel worth doing.
