Broken link/bookmark for `Getting Started` in README

The Getting Started link in the README points to a bookmark that doesn't exist. I tried looking but couldn't find an example that this could/should point to instead, so I cannot make a PR.

Hi thanks for pointing this out! It looks like README templates for OpenAPI are a little bit all over the place 😅 but I can update our generator to at least not include that link if we know it doesn't exist! Hopefully should be out next week.
