In the useNewRelic example:

the ctx passed to useNewRelic is of type GatewayConfigContext:

However, the useNewRelic plugin expects an argument of type MeshPluginOptions<TConfig>:

  logger: Logger;
  cache: KeyValueCache;
  pubsub: MeshPubSub;
  baseDir: string;
  importFn: ImportFn;
};

These types don't appear to be compatible. So how does this actually work?
