Slack alerts in threads: add option to disable "Also send to # channel"

With Slack threads for issue alerts, when the same issue triggers an alert multiple times all messages are also sent to the channel as well as the thread.

This feature makes all messages to be posted in the channel, not only in the thread.

One of the purposes to make alerts group up in a thread, is to avoid notifying everyone in the channel, but only those in that thread.

Is it possible to make this behaviour customizable as well:
Only send message to thread with the option to to also send in channel or not. There's no way to turn it off right now, it automatically sends to a channel as well, when alert is grouped in a thread.
