Jira-Sentry integration

Steps to Reproduce

Hello

We have been asked to intall the integration between Jira and Sentry. The initial install appeared to be successful but we were then told that users weren't able to access it. We then got a "something went wrong" error when trying to configure it.

Initially we went to Atlassian support who told us to go to you. I'm primarilly an Atlassian and Github admin who doesn't have much to do with Sentry other than plugins so do you have any idea what might be going on?

Expected Result

A functioning Jira-Sentry integration.
