"My Projects" and "My Teams" filters not working as a superuser

Steps to Reproduce

Setup

1. As a superuser/admin
2. Create a team 'backend' with a 'backend-project'
3. Create a team 'frontend' with a 'frontend-project'
4. Add yourself as a member to the 'backend' team
5. Make sure you are not a member of the 'frontend' team

Issue Number: 1
Go to the 'Projects' page and ensure the 'My Teams' filter is selected. You will notice you'll still see the 'frontend-project' even though you are not a member.

Issue Number: 2
Go to the 'Issues' page and ensure the 'My Projects' filter is selected. You will notice you'll still see issues from the 'frontend-project' even though you are not a member.

Expected Result

For the 'My Teams' filter on the 'Projects' page to only show projects for teams you are a direct member of.

For the 'My Projects' filter on the 'Issues' page to only show issues from projects associated with a team you are a direct member of.
