[Suggestion] Add links for new endpoint protection rules

What can we change to make the docs better?

In #6100 we're adding a new page to the Manage Elastic Defend section for 8 new prebuilt endpoint protection rules. Per the suggestions in this thread, we should add links from this page to the prebuilt rule docs for the new rules, once the prebuilt rule docs are created by the TRADE team and published.

Which documentation set needs improvement?

ESS only; we don't have prebuilt rule docs in the serverless doc set

New rules are available from 8.16 onwards.
