DJI Air 3S Camera Drone

I have just uploaded a full set of DNG RAW files for the DJI Air 3S camera drone to raw.pixls.us.

This drone has two sensors (24mm equiv and 70mm equiv). Both sensors are quad bayer, and can operate at two different megapixel counts, as well as operating at 4:3 or 16:9 ratio.

I've uploaded the following combinations

Air 3S 70mm Quad Bayer - 12MP mode 16:9 ratio mode (I believe I forgot to indicate this one is 16:9 ratio in the upload notes)
Air 3S 70mm Quad Bayer - 48MP 16:9 ratio mode
Air 3S 24mm Quad Bayer - 50MP 16:9 ratio mode
Air 3S 24mm Quad Bayer - 12MP 16:9 ratio mode
Air 3S 70mm Quad Bayer - 12MP 4:3 ratio mode
Air 3S 70mm Quad Bayer - 48MP 4:3 ratio mode
Air 3S 24mm Quad Bayer - 50MP 4:3 ratio mode
Air 3S 24mm Quad Bayer - 12MP 4:3 ratio mode

They are not working, no, which is why I looked for them on https://raw.pixls.us/. They weren't listed there at all, either as needing files or having been implemented, so I added the RAW files. When I did, it told me to raise an issue here as well.

We don't usually list/track devices that output DNG only, as that should be working OOTB (given that the compression scheme is known and implemented).

That's a little frustrating. I double checked the repo, I asked on social media, I double checked again on social media, who confirmed I needed to post here, and then finally, I spent several hours getting all of the photos from two drones together in all combinations.

Would it be possible to make it a little clearer on https://raw.pixls.us/ that that DNG devices are not separately listed? Some DJI devices are listed, so it was not really possible for me to determine that the files were unnecessary.

The darktable camera support page, and the release notes state this is a known problem:

• CinemaDNG lossless (Blackmagic, some DJI, etc.) and lossy (Blackmagic)

I do understand your frustration. I can only offer heartfelt thanks for taking the time to collect the samples and wanting to contribute and improve support for these devices!

Please un-close whatever issues that were errneously closed in a similar way.
They are obviously not duplicates.
