Integrate the DHT Demosaicing Algo

From what I know the DHT Demosaicing algo is available in libraw and it is described as the best standard algo for most types of pictures (see: https://www.libraw.org/node/2306).

I would like to have the possibility to select the algo in the demosaicing dropdownlist of darktable.
