A simple change in the file $HOME/.config/darktable/darktablerc solved the problem, and I think it should be taken into account.

To change dt default behavior I would like to see many more "confirmed" or "doesn't work for me" reports from other users.

Maybe you can contribute by asking on pixels.us for reports?

To reproduce this failure, a series of characteristics (card, applied filters) must be present, which is unlikely to happen to other people, so I think the best way is for them to try it based on the example I provided in the thread where I reported the problem.
